Final Vega update (all species)

This release of Vega represents the last update to the website. The site will be archived in March and the majority of resources will be continue to be available. For full details of what the archiving will involve see here.

Mouse Annotation Updated

This release of Vega has an increase of about 1500 annotated loci consisting of about 500 of each of protein coding, lncRNAs and pseudogenes. Chromosome 10 has now undergone a full first pass annotation.

Human Annotation Updated

This release of Vega has an increase of about 100 protein coding loci.

Rat Annotation Updated

This release of Vega has an increase in 420 annotated loci. Chromosome Y has undergone a full first pass annotation.

No schema update (all species)

This release of Vega is still on version 85 of the API and webcode..
